This policy explains what Peretz Systems, LLC (131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA) collects when you use only-pixels.com, buy a product, or chat with a persona in Telegram. Contact: support@only-pixels.com.

What we collect

  • When you buy: your email address, the product, the amount and a payment reference from Stripe. Stripe processes your card; we never see the full card number.
  • When you use the Telegram bot: your Telegram chat ID, username and first name (as Telegram shares them), the messages you send to the persona and its replies, and what you bought.
  • On this website: no accounts, no analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, for a short time.

Why

To deliver what you bought, answer you, handle refunds, prevent fraud, keep the chat working, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI in the chat

To write a persona's replies, your messages are sent to an AI model provider. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. Send /reset in the chat to delete your conversation history with the bot.

Who helps us

Stripe (payments), Telegram (messaging and delivery), Supabase (database and file storage), Railway (website hosting), Cloudflare (domain and email forwarding), and OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to (chat replies). Each receives only what it needs for its part. Some of them process data in the United States and the European Union.

How long

Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually seven years). Chat history: up to twelve months, or until you send /reset or ask us to delete it. Server logs: a few weeks at most.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can object to how we use it. Write to support@only-pixels.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California: we do not sell or share personal information.

Children

OnlyPixels is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
