only-pixels.com and the OnlyPixels Telegram bot are run by Peretz Systems, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ("we", "us"). Questions: support@only-pixels.com. By buying or using a product you agree to these terms.

1. The personas are AI

Daniel, Victor, Marco, Sofia and Leila are fictional characters made with AI. They are not real people, their pictures and voices are synthetic, and they never claim personal experience. When you chat with a persona in Telegram, the replies are written by an AI model in real time; they can be wrong, and they are not advice.

2. What we sell

Digital products: PDF guides, prompt packs, templates and video courses. Each product page describes what is included. Some courses arrive one lesson at a time (for example one a day); you can ask for the next lesson sooner from the chat. Physical products, when we offer them, show their shipping and return terms on their own page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. Where the law requires it, tax is added at checkout. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered in Telegram, which you need to install (it is free). After paying you get a one-time link that opens Telegram; the product is sent to the chat that opens it first. If you bought inside the Telegram chat, it is sent to that chat. If something has not arrived within an hour, write to us with your receipt and we will deliver it another way.

5. Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use what you buy. You may use the prompts, templates, methods and ideas in your own work and your own business. You may not resell, share, republish or give away the files, the videos or substantial parts of them.

7. Education, not advice

Everything we publish is general education. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, real-estate, immigration or other professional advice, and it does not take your situation into account. Victor's content explains how markets and companies work and never recommends buying or selling any security. Make your own decisions, and talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything important.

8. Fair use of the bot

Please don't use the bot to harass anyone, to send unlawful content, or to try to break it or get around its limits. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.

9. Liability

We work hard to make every product accurate and useful, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version published when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without taking away any protection the consumer law of your own country gives you.
