The tools we use

Last updated 11 October 2026

Every persona in this network is made and run with the systems below. Nothing here is a sponsor: it is the stack the studio actually uses, in the order a new studio needs it.

Some of these are referral links. The price is the same for you; if you sign up through them, the studio earns a commission, which helps keep the courses updated. We say so because that is the method.

The makers

  • Higgsfield — The faces (casting, the Element, the Soul ID), the pictures, the films, and the sandbox the studio's own videos are cut in. Lessons 05–08

  • ElevenLabs — A persona's voice designed from a text brief, the narrator, the music beds, and the transcription that checks what a clip really says. Lessons 13 and 20
    Open ElevenLabs →
  • Replicate — The picture renders at scale, with a webhook that reports back when each one is done. Lesson 12
    Open Replicate →
  • OpenRouter — Every text model through one key: the planner, the captions, the second reader, the chat. Lessons 09, 14, 15, 16

The judge and the runners

  • Google AI Studio — The judge: the vision rubric that scores every picture before anyone sees it. Lesson 06

  • Supabase — The studio's house: the database that holds the pages and the calendars, the functions that are the machine, the files, the clock that runs the night, and the vault for every key. Lessons 02 and 12
    Open Supabase →
  • Railway — The website: one small function. Lesson 22
    Open Railway →
  • GeeLark — The cloud phones the accounts live on. Lesson 12

The sellers

Four keys in week one

Higgsfield for the face, ElevenLabs for the voice, Supabase for the page and the calendar, Telegram for the bot. The rest come when their lesson comes. Every key goes into a vault, never into a file or a chat.
