14-day money-back guarantee

If a digital product isn't right for you, write to support@only-pixels.com within 14 days of buying it, from the email you paid with (or with your Stripe receipt). We refund the full price to your original payment method. You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Please delete the files and videos after a refund.

Something went wrong

Charged twice, or your product never arrived? Write to us and we'll fix it first, or refund you. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: we answer within two business days.

Physical products

When we sell physical products, their page will state the return window and conditions before you buy.

Fair use

We may decline repeated refund requests that look like abuse of the guarantee.
